How does the Xpancom Reseller Program work?
It's pretty simple. When you sign up as a reseller you choose a Reseller Plan and pay the first month's hosting (Setup fees are waived!). You bill your customers directly and charge whatever you want. We bill you once per month.

Will my customers know Xpancom actually provides their hosting service?
No. Your customers will FTP, browse, and send & receive email through the account's domain name. Thus, this allows for a complete virtual presence on the Web. This also allows you to claim the Xpancom hosting services as your own and charge whatever price you wish to your customers. Xpancom does not have any regulations on such pricing, but recommends you charge the same price as Xpancom's regular rates.
How is domain name registration and transfer handled?
Xpancom will register any new domain names you need and bill you at our regular rate. You can then bill your customer whatever price you wish. For domain names you want to host that require transfer, we will locate the appropriate registrar and submit the transfer request for no charge.
How many accounts should I have to take advantage of this program?
You can start with just one account, your master account. We will help grow your business with a variety of value-added services that we provide to you as part of your low monthly payment.
How am I billed for the master and each resold account?
We keep it simple! You can create domains 24/7 and charge your clients what you wish. Your master account will be billed at the same rate each month based on your Reseller Plan. Your monthly payment will not change until you need more domains than the allotted number for the package you are signed up with. And, upgrading as your business grows is easy.
Who will provide technical support to my clients?
You the reseller will be responsible for support to your clients. Xpancom will provide technical support to you or your staff and on special occasions to your end-users only at your request. Generally, Your clients should never contact, or even know of Xpancom, as you are the contact for all technical, sales, billing, and other support questions.
